Adopted Kitties
Below are the details of our successful adoptions, with many of our Hoo-Mummies & Daddies remaining in touch with us to keep us updated with how the fur-babies are doing.
Please note, we no longer take cats in for rehoming or offer adoption of any of our fur-babies. If you have a cat in need of rehoming, or wish to offer one a home, there are several rescues around the country that can be found by Googling “cat rescue near me”.

Magic - adopted December 2023 Magic was one of our founding 4 kitties & came to us with her sister Harlow.

Lucky - adopted December 2023 Lucky was a nervous girl at first, & always followed Panther's lead, but as her confidence grew she really came out of her shell.

Lucy - adopted January 2024 Lucy was 3 years old when she came to us & spent 3 days hiding behind the sofa. But once she came out, she was out-out, & loved being fussed over, & to date, no other kitties have claimed our TV bed as much as she did.

Lenny - adopted January 2024 Lenny was a big lad with a really sad back story. It took him a bit of time to get used to the Catfe atmosphere, but one on one, he was really affectionate & loved climbing up for cuddles. He was adopted with Lucy &, although they didn't really mix much in the Catfe, being together has really suited them in their fur-ever home.

Lola - adopted January 2024 Lola was our most senior resident to date at 11 years old, & although she wasn't especially active, she's a real character & gave a few disapproving looks to the younger kitties that disturbed her naps. But she loved being fussed over & has really flourished in her fur-ever home. We aren't ashamed to admit that there were a few tears during our last cuddle before she left.

Buttons - adopted February 2024 Buttons came to us from the vets that looked after him after he was found in a plastic bag. He was such a confident, cuddly boy that he hopped up onto the lap of his Daddy-to-be & completely melted the hearts of the family that then adopted him.

Keiko - adopted February 2024 Keiko came to us with Kentaro & settled into the Catfe really quickly. Like Buttons, she won over her new family by jumping on to the lap of her sister-to be & snuggled into her for a cuddle & a snooze.

Kentaro - adopted February 2024 Kentaro (which is Japanese for “Big Boy”) arrived to us with Keiko & settled in very quickly. Kentaro was an instant hit with Catfe visitors with his cute heart shaped nose & chilled manner.

Ace - adopted February 2024 Ace was only with us a short time, but was an affectionate soul once he came out of his shell a bit. He looks fabulous with his bow tie on, & his new family informed us that he was well & truly settled within a few hours.

Lulu - adopted February 2024 Lulu came to us a moody girl & left us a slightly less moody girl. But considering her past before we met her, you couldn't really blame her. Once she settled in, she showed Catfe visitors just how affectionate she really was & is now very happy in her new home as the only kitty getting all the attention.

Frank & Scarlett - adopted March 2024 When Frank & Scarlett shared a car ride to the Catfe from separate places, we didn't realise the love story that was in the making. We knew Scarlett was a nervous girl from her previous foster home where she spent months under a bed, so it was no surprise that she hid under our sofa for a good while. But Frank joined her under there, & the romance between these 2 blossomed while they hid together. When Frank decided to show Catfe visitors how awesome & adorable he was, Scarlett tentatively did the same. We were over the moon when their prospective Hoo-Mummy & Daddy told us they wanted to adopt them both, & after less than 24hrs in her new home, Scarlett is no longer a hiding, nervy girl - she & Frank are living their best lives together. They even have their own Instagram account!

Pixie - adopted April 2024 Pixie was only with us a short time, & was adopted the weekend she arrived. She enjoyed her short time at the Catfe, but is enjoying her fur-ever home with her new Hoo-Mummy & Daddy way more.

Harriet - adopted April 2024 Scarlett's sister arrived to us shortly after Scarlett left, but she didn't have a special friend to guide her through the way her sister did with Frank. As a result, Harriet took longer to settle in & spent even more time in hiding. But she eventually did come out of her shell &, whilst she still wasn't really interested in making friends with our other kitties, she did make friends with a few Catfe visitors - particularly her new Hoo-Mummy that adopted her.

Amber & Lilly - adopted June 2024 These gorgeous tabby girls arrived to us after their elderly Hoo-Mummy had to give them up & they settled in to Catfe life really well (Amber was really affectionate too). We were quite nervous about their adoption as, for the first time since stopping working with a rescue, we were carrying out the process ourselves, but we didn't need to be - their new family was perfect for them & they even bonded really well with their new kitty-brother (Tony - the ginger boy in the photo) & doggy-brother Ragnar.

Mayo - adopted July 2024 Mayo arrived to us with his brother Muffin. Sadly, Mayo really wasn't happy in the Catfe & was quite vocal about it. Thankfully, our Auntie J who helps us out was happy to foster Mayo to see if he'd be happier in her home. Mayo settled in with her much better than he did in the Catfe, & she had fallen completely in love with him, so we made it a permanent arrangement. We always said that we wanted the cats to have a say in where they went, & Mayo definitely chose Auntie J as he's now living his best life.

Stella - adopted September 2024 Stella came to us in the Summer &, whilst she was a little bit unsure about the Catfe kitties, she was mingling with Catfe visitors from day 1 & was such an affectionate girl. It took her a few days to warm to the other kitties, but when she did, she made plenty of friends (Harlow especially liked having another girl around). Stella's new Hoo-Family fell in love with her when they met her & she settled into her new home really well, as you can see in the photo.

Oliver - January 2025 Oliver & fellow fluffball Willow came to us as permanent residents after their Hoo-Mummy sadly died. They were always happy enough with the extra attention they got from being in the Catfe, but never really bonded with the younger members of the Catfe Crew. When the Catfe Crew started coming home with us for their days off, Oliver & Willow went to Granny & Grandad's house. As time passed, Oliver became a bit less happy during his days in the Catfe (he got a bit fond of showing his claws), so we took the decision to let them retire from Catfe life.

Willow- January 2025 Willow came to us with Oliver, & when they first joined us, Ollie used to pick on him a bit. As with Oliver, he would spend his days off with Granny & Grandad &, like Ollie, he also seemed happier at home than he was with Catfe life after a few weeks of being the only 2 floofs in the house & not having to share the spotlight with the youngsters.
