Before You Book…
Please read the below for useful information before booking.
Parking
The Andover Catfe is located in Andover town centre & whilst we do not have our own dedicated parking, there are several car parks within walking distance:
South Street
George Yard
Anton Mill
Borden Gates
Car parking costs just £1 for 2 hours on Monday to Saturday & is free all day Sunday.
Accessibility
The Andover Catfe is wheelchair accessible. There is a small step & slope to get in the door, but we have had several wheelchair types able to get in.
Sadly, due to occupying an old building & a narrow passageway to them, our toilet facilities aren’t accessible ones.
Please Book Correctly
Our booking system allows us to manage the number of people in the Catfe to better safeguard the welfare of our kitties & keep the Catfe experience enjoyable.
This is why we work on bookings only (sorry, we don’t allow walk-ins) & we need to ensure that visitors book the correct number of spaces as additional visitors on the door can’t be accommodated.
After you have chosen the service you require, the booking screen will show a calendar with availability.
Before choosing a date & time, you need to select the correct number of participants from the drop-down menu. This number must match the number of people that you are bringing - including children (Over 6 years only please) as the calendar will then only show the slots available for the size of group you will be visiting with.
If the message shows that there is no availability, please choose another day.
After you have selected the date & time that your group wishes to visit, you’ll be asked to agree to our terms & conditions (please read them before agreeing) & select how many children aged 6-12 will be visiting. This is only to tell us how many of your group will be children as, at busy times, we do need to restrict the number of younger visitors to better ensure a calm atmosphere for our kitties.
This does not affect how many spaces you have booked - if you booked 4 spaces & select 2 children, you are still only charged for 4 spaces. But if you have only selected 1 participant, but are bringing 2 children, you won’t have booked enough spaces & you may be contacted to amend your booking to reflect the correct number of people.
Rescheduling
When you have completed your booking, you should receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive it straight away, please check your spam folders to make sure it didn’t go there. If you don’t have it at all, it may be that your booking didn’t complete, & it’s safest to contact us to check if your booking is confirmed.
The attachment at the bottom of the confirmation email contains links which allow you to cancel or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before your booking time.
If you can’t make your booking, please use the reschedule option rather than cancelling as we don’t refund booking fees.
